the first person I spoke with, Justin who set up my video call, Amy who helped me with my order and definitely Dr Hannah who spent plenty of time with me and was most knowledgeable. I am a 20- year user of hearing aids and have Phonak for my last 3 pairs. I bought Phonak Audeo Sphere Infinio 90 R and there’s so much improvement even over my Phonak Marvels. Back ground noise and speech clarity are so improved with having the 2 chips. The AI chip is amazing how it blocks out other conversations and road noise. My hearing loss is pretty severe and I questioned needing a cochlear implant, but these hearing aids are so much better than my last ones 4 years ago

In order to choose whether you need the Widex SmartRIC 440 vs 330 level or even the lesser technology levels within the Widex SmartRIC family, most importantly, you should assess your lifestyle.  More active users will receive more benefit from the Widex SmartRIC 440, and those that lead quieter lives can benefit from lower technology with less bands and channels. The Widex SmartRIC 440 vs 330 vs 220 vs 110, as you progress down in technology levels, will include less frequency bands for your hearing aids to be programmed to your exact needs.  Also, you wont have access to all of the features and customizations in a Widex SmartRIC 110 or 220 as is available in the higher technology levels, such as the 330 and 440 levels.

Audiogram & Order

A valid Audiogram is required with any prescription hearing aid order. Simply call us at 877-238-0640, or place your order online. You will be prompted to upload your test during checkout, or simply email your recent audiogram to support@fithearing.com and a member of our team will reach out upon receipt. If you have not been tested recently, simply call us at 877-238-0640, and we will help you coordinate a test.

Wear Your Hearing Aids

A FitHearing Audiologist will program your hearing aids, and they will be on your doorstep ready-to-wear in about 7-10 days. Wear them and contact our patient care team in order to request any consultation or adjustments with one of our Audiologists. Most hearing aid users need several visits with their Audiologist. A few remote video visits & adjustments will ensure optimal performance from your hearing aids.
