The Starkey Evolv AI 1200 is the fourth best of five technology levels offered by Starkey within the Evolv AI family. The Evolv AI 1200 technology delivers basic performance by FitHearing standards.

Basic technology will provide a few filters and programs, making these devices ideal for those with a mostly quiet lifestyle. If you primarily wish to improve your hearing in small groups, one-on-one conversation, and during routine activity within a home setting, the Starkey Evolv AI 1200s may be the hearing aids for you.

Evolv AI 1200s feature various form factor options, namely the traditional Receiver-in-canal (RIC), Behind-the-ear (BTE) and various custom in the ear options.  Both the RIC and BTE styles fit comfortably behind the ear, with the Behind-the-ear offering more power than the traditional Receiver-in-canal. The custom in the ear options will add a higher level of discreetness, espcially the Invisible In Canal (IIC), which is so small it is invisible to anyone you interact with.

The RIC, BTE and some in the ear models are made-for-smartphones so you can stream calls, music, and other audio directly through yours.

Evolv AI 1200s utilize either a size 312 battery, which requires replacing every week, or a size 13 that will extend battery life by a few days.
