eputable Audiologist Group here in Syracuse NY. I paid full retail for the best HAs I could find. I received “free” full service including unlimited office visits and supplies including replacement batteries for any and all needs and concerns. It was white glove treatment. Today, I have new Phonak I90 HAs from the folks at Fit Hearing. I love them and the great service they provide. Their offering (4 year warranty, remote support, all consumable supplies, loss replacement , trial period ) fits my current needs perfectly.
