Talked to Dr. Yontz and Anna and they sent me the Resound equivalent model with pre paid return for the Starkeys.
LOVE the resounds !! the android app works seamlessly whereas the Starkeys did not. Also the Resound has automatic environment sensing and overall a much better app to modify and save programs.
I can easliy modify any of the pre set pgrms and save them, plus walking outside on a windy day doesn't sound like tin foil being crumpled loudly in my ears.

More active users will receive more benefit from the Starkey Evolv 2400, and those that lead quieter lives can benefit from lower technology with less bands and channels. The Starkey Evolv 2400 vs 2000 vs 1600 vs 1200, as you progress down in technology levels, will include less frequency bands for your hearing aids to be programmed to your exact needs. Also, you wont have access to all of the features and customizations in a Starkey Evolv 1200 or 1600 as is available in the higher technology levels, such as the 2000 and 2400 levels.
