Receive same day, pre-sale and post-sale consultation and support from a Doctor of Audiology from Monday-Friday during the hours of 8AM – 5PM CST. Additionally, speak directly to a patient care coordinator during these times and receive instant solutions to your needs, such as Bluetooth connectivity, hearing aid maintenance and troubleshooting.
Programming & Initial Visit
Please send a recent audiogram to support@fithearing.com, or we will help coordinate a hearing test for you. A FitHearing Audiologist will program your hearing aids, and they will be on your doorstep in about 7-10 days. At this time you will receive an initial video telecare visit, in order to address any needs via remote adjustments and counseling.
Lifetime TeleCare & 60 Day Trial
Most hearing aid users need several visits with their Audiologist. This will ensure optimal performance from your hearing aids. Speak to an Audiologist regularly, via face-to-face telecare visits, and the Audiologist will remotely access your hearing aids to make adjustments. Receive a 100% refund if you are not satisfied after 60 days.
