Programming & Initial Visit
Please send a recent audiogram to support@fithearing.com, or we will help coordinate a hearing test for you. A FitHearing Audiologist will program your hearing aids, and they will be on your doorstep in about 7-10 days. At this time you will receive an initial video telecare visit, in order to address any needs via remote adjustments and counseling.

Speak to an Audiologist regularly, via face-to-face telecare visits, and the Audiologist will remotely access your hearing aids to make adjustments. So far as I can tell these are outstanding devices. Service from Starkey was outstanding, resolving a feedback issue. Their app "My Starkey" is a great app, I was able to do a update for my hearing aids without a hitch.
