Our customers simply schedule a telecare visit with an Audiologist through our patient care team. During these visits, our Audiologist’s access a customer’s hearing aids to make adjustments and counsel the customer via HIPAA compliant video software. With our team of Audiologists, you will receive unlimited programming and settings adjustments via the manufacturer’s free smartphone applications, expert guidance on use of the hearing aids, consistent maintenance of your hearing aids and rapid repair handling. Additionally, you have lifetime access to our patient care team for troubleshooting connectivity issues or other concerns.
