So far as I can tell these are outstanding devices. Service from Starkey was outstanding, resolving a feedback issue. Their app “My Starkey” is a great app, I was able to do a update for my hearing aids without a hitch.
I am pleased with my Genesis AI 24 aids. I especially like being able to use the app on my phone to adjust for different environments.
I don’t have a lot of experience with hearing aids so not too much to compare to but the Starkey Genesis AI works very well and music sounds good again. Starkey support seems to be very good as well.
