I continue to have problem with my hearing aids on incoming calls. Some time the call streams to my hearing aids but more often it doesn’t. I get the message to use my phone microphone.
Sound was too mechanical for me to adjust to regardless of settings on the app or by the audiologist. Also had to use the app too many times for changes in the environment. Desired a smoother/richer more realistic sound which I am now getting with my Phonak Audeo’s. Battery life is adequate for my use and last the entire day regardless of which mode I am in. The touch feature seems to work much better with the Phonaks, answering calls etc and sound clarity superior to the resounds.
Doesn’t seem to live up to the expectations.
