Our remote telecare service on ReSound Vivia hearing aids consists of programming to your audiogram followed by unlimited remote adjustments by our team of Audiologists using the free ReSound smartphone app. Within this app, precise adjustments to your hearing aid settings and programs can be made entirely remotely by a hearing care provider. You can simply download these apps via the app store on your smartphone. Our team of Audiologists & customer care coordinators are available via phone & email support from Monday to Friday between 8AM and 5PM CST.

FitHearing CustomerSound was too mechanical for me to adjust to regardless of settings on the app or by the audiologist. Also had to use the app too many times for changes in the environment. Desired a smoother/richer more realistic sound which I am now getting with my Phonak Audeo’s. Battery life is adequate for my use and last the entire day regardless of which mode I am in. The touch feature seems to work much better with the Phonaks, answering calls etc and sound clarity superior to the resounds.

Compare ReSound Vivia Technology Levels
In order to choose whether you need the ReSound Vivia 9 vs 7 level or even the lesser technology levels within the ReSound Vivia family, most importantly, you should assess your lifestyle. More active users will receive more benefit from the ReSound Vivia 9, and those that lead quieter lives can benefit from lower technology with less bands and channels. The ReSound Vivia 9 vs 7 vs 5, as you progress down in technology levels, will include less frequency bands for your hearing aids to be programmed to your exact needs. Also, you wont have access to all of the features and customizations in a Vivia 5 level as is available in the higher technology levels, such as the 7 and 9 levels.

Audiogram & Order
A valid Audiogram is required with any prescription hearing aid order. Simply call us at 877-238-0640, or place your order online. You will be prompted to upload your test during checkout, or simply email your recent audiogram to support@fithearing.com and a member of our team will reach out upon receipt. If you have not been tested recently, simply call us at 877-238-0640, and we will help you coordinate a test.
Wear Your Hearing Aids
A FitHearing Audiologist will program your hearing aids, and they will be on your doorstep ready-to-wear in about 7-10 days. Wear them and contact our patient care team in order to request any consultation or adjustments with one of our Audiologists. Most hearing aid users need several visits with their Audiologist. A few remote video visits & adjustments will ensure optimal performance from your hearing aids.
