Great device. It is a little pricey, but it works wonders. My TV streams straight to my hearing aids with no setup required. I liked it so much I bought a second one for my computer so I no longer have to wear headphones. If your TV has a dual audio output option you can have the audio stream to your headphones and the audio still play over the external speakers so anyone not wearing a hearing aid can hear it at the same time.
