1. We’ll Mail You a Test Kit
We include one-time use of our clinically validated self test kit with every hearing aid purchase. The testing solution meets IEC 60645-1 standards and guarantees only precise programming with every hearing aid that we ship. If you don’t have a current test, we will mail you this tablet audiometer and calibrated headphones for one-time use. Your audiogram will be securely generated and sent to our team of Audiologists.
Simply check out online, and we will send you a test kit with your order. If you have a recent hearing test, please upload this during.
2. Send Us Your Recent Audiogram
Please email your recent audiogram to support@fithearing.com, including your name and the hearing aids you are interested in.
