These hearing aids are powerful and mostly work well -- but have some problems for users too. The iPhone app interface is not well designed and the app gets stuck and loses connection more than other Bluetooth apps. It has bugs that have even required re-installation to clear them. The audiologist has had trouble getting the configuration settings to be right. One feature has never worked so far (tapping the ear to answer the phone). I think it's the app or the configuration software, or else their documentation, that is at fault. Summary: better than my much older aids, but troublesome.
