They work great, i can hear again !!!

There is still a lot to learn about how to self adjust these aids.

So happy to have the new hearing instruments.

Bluetooth issues and issues with the on the hearing aid controls.

Their reputation says it all. Look them up online. You can't beat them for background noise, sound quality, everything.

This charger works very well.

These hearing aids are powerful and mostly work well -- but have some problems for users too. The iPhone app interface is not well designed and the app gets stuck and loses connection more than other Bluetooth apps. It has bugs that have even required re-installation to clear them. The audiologist has had trouble getting the configuration settings to be right. One feature has never worked so far (tapping the ear to answer the phone). I think it's the app or the configuration software, or else their documentation, that is at fault. Summary: better than my much older aids, but troublesome.

Much much better than the top of the line devices I had before. Glad I upgraded.

I was expecting much more improvement from the =phonak aigs I'd purchased a few years ago. But they are doing well.

Probably need some more tuning adjustments.
