Affordable Hearing Aids

 In Hearing Aids

At FitHearing, we are working hard for you, the customer, to bring affordable hearing aids, without sacrificing the necessary follow-up care and availability that are crucial to getting the best, safest performance out of your hearing aids. An improperly fitted (programmed) pair of hearing aids may not give you the amplification you need, or, even worse—they may cause additional hearing loss.

Recent developments in hearing aid technology have made it possible to host telehealth conferences and make remote adjustments directly from the hearing aids’ associated smartphone apps. This plays a major role in enabling us at FitHearing to offer premium, affordable hearing aids all across the United States. We bring a convenient, in-office experience to you within the comfort of your home or wherever you need to be at the time of your appointment.

Our affordable hearing aids come with lifetime care provided by a Doctor of Audiology. Audiologists are trained at universities to diagnose and treat problems with the ear, whereas many hearing aid retailers are less qualified technicians, only certified to confirm sensorineural hearing loss and sell hearing aids. We accept audiograms from any licensed tester, or we can offer a clinically validated test using tablet software and a remote connection to your FitHearing audiologist. Follow-up care is included and unlimited, as are rapid repair services so you won’t go without your hearing aids for long. Using telehealth technology, we can offer affordable hearing aids and premium audiological services at up to 40% off normal retail prices.

Hearing aids are a crucial and significant purchase. It’s important to get a set of hearing aids that offer the kind of quality that will make them a joy to wear, rather than a burden. At FitHearing, we do not sell hearing aids that we don’t believe fit this criterion. We carry the major brands of premium hearing aids at up to 40% off.

Just how affordable are our hearing aids?

Does Medicare Cover Hearing Aids?

Yes and no. Medicare Part A and Part B do not cover hearing aids, but a Medicare Advantage plan (Part C) can be selected that will cover hearing aids, in many circumstances. Medicare Advantage is a very modular plan that works with private insurers. You can build a Medicare Advantage plan that will cover hearing aids, though the cost of hearing aids purchased through FitHearing is usually less expensive than a Medicare Advantage plan.
