A FitHearing Audiologist will program your hearing aids, and they will be on your doorstep ready-to-wear in about 7-10 days. Wear them and contact our patient care team in order to request any consultation or adjustments with one of our Audiologists. Most hearing aid users need several visits with their Audiologist. A few remote video visits & adjustments will ensure optimal performance from your hearing aids.
My original Resound hearing aids decided to give up after 5 years of great service. I called Fithearing after seeing an ad and wondered if the Resound aids were compatible with the TV Streamer that I currently had or if I would need another. They advised that they were bluetooth comparable and they advised that they would include a new TV Streamer as it was on special. I have not had to call them for an adjustment so I can not comment on that. The aids arrived quickly and I was amazed at how great they were. The fit and clarity was much better than the older ones I had. Everything about them is better then expected, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I have been wearing hearing aids for over ten years. These new hearing aids exceeded my expectations. It took me a couple of days to figure out what I was experiencing that was different. These hearing aids are very natural sounding. There is no feedback. I can go to a restaurant and hear very well and no longer have to strain to hear. I could not be happier. The fact that I never have to buy batteries again makes me happy as well. Great product and reasonable price.
Product works great! Took 2-3 weeks to work through optimal settings and dome fit, but that was expected.
They are small and easy to put on and use. also easy to customize to my particular taste. Terrific price, less than half of that offered by the hospital audiologist.
