Please simply upload or send a recent audiogram to support@fithearing.com and proceed by calling us or buying your hearing aids on our online shop. If you do not have a test please call our team at 877-238-0640, and we will help you coordinate one. Upon receipt of your Audiogram, one our Audiologists will program your hearing aids, and they will be on your doorstep in about 7-10 days..

Contact our patient care team in order to schedule your initial appointment to review your settings and receive counseling on your new hearing aids. Most hearing aid users need several visits with their Audiologist. A few remote video visits & adjustments will ensure optimal performance from your hearing aids.
