    I bought these because of all the stuff about natural sound and musicians liking them. I did not find it to be true. The Phonak Lumities are light-years ahead in all departments. Also, these do not give you any way to answer a phone or adjust the volume without going to the smartphone app. That’s just plain ridiculous. Like a car without a steering wheel. Imagine steering using a smartphone app! What were they thinking? I knew it didn’t have buttons when I ordered them but I thought, how’s that going to work? They must have some other way to control them besides the app.. They don’t. It’s just dumb.

    These replace my five-year-old Widex Evoke 440s, which continue to be serviceable but were no longer providing good speech intelligibility. Particularly after remote tuning, the SmartRIC 440s provide far clearer speech as well as clear music. The Bluetooth link to my phone and the ability of the charger to serve also as a travel container and to continue charging the hearing aids even when disconnected from the wall are nice bonuses.

Please simply upload or send a recent audiogram to support@fithearing.com and proceed by calling us or buying your hearing aids on our online shop. If you do not have a test please call our team at 877-238-0640, and we will help you coordinate one. Upon receipt of your Audiogram, one our Audiologists will program your hearing aids, and they will be on your doorstep in about 7-10 days.

Your hearing aids are ready to wear out of the box. Contact our patient care team in order to schedule your initial appointment to review your settings and receive counseling on your new hearing aids. Most hearing aid users need several visits with their Audiologist. A few remote video visits & adjustments will ensure optimal performance from your hearing aids.

Speak to an Audiologist as-needed, via face-to-face telecare visits, and the Audiologist will remotely access your hearing aids to make adjustments.  Receive a 100% refund if you are not satisfied after 60 days.
