Our remote telecare consists of programming to your audiogram followed by unlimited remote adjustments by our team of Audiologists. Each hearing aid manufacturer has developed a smartphone application in which personalized settings changes and precise adjustments can be made remotely by a hearing care provider. You can simply download these apps via the app store on your smartphone. Our team of Audiologists & customer care coordinators are available via phone & email support from Monday to Friday between 8AM and 5PM CST.

FitHearing CustomerAlmost a 5, but sometimes the left aid will lose the connection to the app on my iPhone, can require a power off to reconnect. Battery life is great even with a lot of streaming. Speech in noisy environments and Bluetooth range are much better than my old aids.

FitHearing CustomerI've worn hearing aids for decades. These are my fourth or fifth pair. While these don't magically restore my hearing to when I was twenty, I'm very happy with them so far. They are not very noticeable from the front or side, although I wear Ear Gear tethers that clip to my shirt collar. Battery life and bluetooth streaming have both been much better than reviews I read suggested. Downsides: Every once in a while people's voices have a slight warble. And with my glasses, sometimes the top of my ears gets sore where the wire goes over. But all in all, I think these are the best aids I've ever had.

More active users will receive more benefit from the Phonak Audeo Lumity 90, and those that lead quieter lives can benefit from lower technology with less bands and channels. The Phonak Audeo Lumity 90 vs 70 vs 50 vs 30, as you progress down in technology levels, will include less frequency bands for your hearing aids to be programmed to your exact needs. Also, you wont have access to all of the features and customizations in an Audeo Lumity 30 or 50 as is available in the higher technology levels, such as the 70 and 90 levels.

Audiogram & Order
A valid Audiogram is required with any prescription hearing aid order. Simply call us at 877-238-0640, or place your order online. You will be prompted to upload your test during checkout, or simply email your recent audiogram to support@fithearing.com and a member of our team will reach out upon receipt. Wear Your Hearing Aids
A FitHearing Audiologist will program your hearing aids, and they will be on your doorstep ready-to-wear in about 7-10 days. Wear them and contact our patient care team in order to request any consultation or adjustments with one of our Audiologists. Most hearing aid users need several visits with their Audiologist. A few remote video visits & adjustments will ensure optimal performance from your hearing aids.
