More About Remote TeleCare
Our remote telecare consists of programming to your audiogram followed by unlimited remote adjustments by our team of Audiologists. Each hearing aid manufacturer has developed a smartphone application in which personalized settings changes and precise adjustments can be made remotely by a hearing care provider. You can simply download these apps via the app store on your smartphone. Our team of Audiologists & customer care coordinators are available via phone & email support from Monday to Friday between 8AM and 5PM CST.

Our ReSound Omnia hearing aids start at $3198 per pair and range up to $3998 per pair. Price includes complete lifetime telehealth care with a Doctor of Audiology, so you can request real time remote adjustments and counseling anytime, through our team of Audiologists and the manufacturer developed smart phone app for iOS and Android. ReSound Omnia hearing aids typically range from $4000 to $7500 per pair, but our prices are substantially lower. The ReSound OMNIA hearing aids are the seventh generation made-for-iphone hearing aids released by ReSound – the company who pioneered the movement into bluetooth connectivity within hearing aids.
As if the 6th generation One hearing devices needed any upgrades, ReSound has brought new innovation to this model that was already rich with sound processing capacity and special features.
Functionality inherited by the ReSound OMNIA hearing device includes streaming of phone and tv audio, geotagging (tagging a location for specific settings within your hearing devices for future automatic program selection), and remote adjustments and technical feedback for your hearing devices.
The ReSound OMNIA also has all the sound processing components of the former One model, namely spatial sound detection via Spatial SenseTM, Binaural DirectionalityTM III, wind noise reduction through WindGuardTM, Music ModeTM, and therapeutic sounds for tinnitus relief.
The added benefit to the ReSound OMNIA comes in speech recognition, sound layering, core processing and memory. The OMNIA hearing aids produce increased signal strength while simultaneously reducing power consumption for longer battery life.
The sound processing system within the ReSound OMNIA brings greater focus to conversations as speech recognition is clearer while directional sounds remain audible. These hearing aids feature Layers of SoundTM making both low and high pitched sounds fuller and more natural – quiet sounds are truly quiet with these hearing aids and louder sounds are comfortable and crisp.

In order to choose whether you need the ReSound Omnia 9 vs 7 level or even the lesser technology levels within the ReSound Omnia family, most importantly, you should assess your lifestyle. More active users will receive more benefit from the ReSound Omnia 9, and those that lead quieter lives can benefit from lower technology with less bands and channels. The ReSound Omnia 9 vs 7 vs 5, as you progress down in technology levels, will include less frequency bands for your hearing aids to be programmed to your exact needs. Also, you wont have access to all of the features and customizations in a Omnia 5 level as is available in the higher technology levels, such as the 7 and 9 levels.

Wear Your Hearing Aids
A FitHearing Audiologist will program your hearing aids, and they will be on your doorstep ready-to-wear in about 7-10 days. Wear them and contact our patient care team in order to request any consultation or adjustments with one of our Audiologists. Most hearing aid users need several visits with their Audiologist. A few remote video visits & adjustments will ensure optimal performance from your hearing aids.
