Our remote telecare consists of programming to your audiogram followed by unlimited remote adjustments by our team of Audiologists. Each hearing aid manufacturer has developed a smartphone application in which personalized settings changes and precise adjustments can be made remotely by a hearing care provider. You can simply download these apps via the app store on your smartphone. Our team of Audiologists & customer care coordinators are available via phone & email support from Monday to Friday between 8AM and 5PM CST.

FitHearing CustomerI upgraded to these from the Lumity L90's and once they were fitted and adjusted they seemed about the same, until I was in a crowded kitchen with 8 people talking at the same time and a range hood on. Unbeliveably I could hear every conversation. The others in the room were having to ask our friends to repeat what they said and I heard it all. That's where these hearing aids really shine.

Wear Your Hearing Aids
A FitHearing Audiologist will program your hearing aids, and they will be on your doorstep ready-to-wear in about 7-10 days. Wear them and contact our patient care team in order to request any consultation or adjustments with one of our Audiologists. Most hearing aid users need several visits with their Audiologist. A few remote video visits & adjustments will ensure optimal performance from your hearing aids.
