A client may return a set of hearing aid(s) and/or an accessory during the 60 day Trial Period (which starts on the delivery date), and FitHearing will refund the full amount paid once we receive the hearing aid(s) and/or accessory by mail. The refund will be issued by a FitHearing representative within 2 business days of receipt of your return. Under no circumstances shall the client receive a refund after the 60 day Trial Period. A client may return domes, wax guards, and/or batteries within 30 days of purchasing in as good a condition as received for any reason.

NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN UNTIL THE PRODUCTS ARE RETURNED TO FITHEARING.
The hearing aid(s) and/or accessories or other product(s) must be returned to FitHearing in as good a condition as when received, less normal wear and tear.
