ng aids that supposedly were largely covered by my insurance. With the results of a new hearing test (that was covered by my insurance), FitHearing's prices saved my a couple thousand dollars. It's service was excellent. They even communicated with me over the weekend and promptly programmed and shipped new high-end hearing aids to me. was hesitant at first of purchasing hearing aids from an online provider. After doing extensive research I am very happy that I found FitHearing as all of my interactions during and after I placed my order has been great. My audiologist quoted me a price that was double than what I actually paid for with FitHearing for the same exact brand and model. The entire ordering process was seamless and very easy. All I had to do was upload my hearing test and complete the order in their very user friendly system. I received my order in less than 1 week via FedEx. I received various emails along the way explaining how the process would work. Then I was assigned a Patient Care Coordinator (Anna) that has been very helpful and kind. I had some questions that I emailed to her and she responded right away with all of the information that I needed. I highly recommend FitHearing for anyone that wants to save money while getting truly excellent service from their very knowledgeable and courtesous team.

t customer service and delivery was outstanding. I had the hearing test mailed to me timely and so easy. I ordered and manufacturer sent the wrong item. Fit Hearing, and Amy in particular, immediately had the correct ones sent out and allowed me to use the ones that were sent until the correct ones came in. Support has been great. I would definately purchase from them again and again.

select between what was the traditional method visiting an audiologist office or the new modern method of more self directed care using internet based providers. So if you are the type of person who prefers to do some research about the process I believe you can save a lot of money and time. I chose the latter and I’m glad that I used Fit Hearing! Their team is knowledgeable, professional and easily accessible. They helped me to decide on the right product and had it professionally programmed for my particular needs. Shipped to my home!
