I called Fithearing after seeing an ad and wondered if the Resound aids were compatible with the TV Streamer that I currently had or if I would need another. They advised that they were bluetooth comparable and they advised that they would include a new TV Streamer as it was on special. I have not had to call them for an adjustment so I can not comment on that. The aids arrived quickly and I was amazed at how great they were. The fit and clarity was much better than the older ones I had. Everything about them is better then expected, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
