A FitHearing Audiologist will program your hearing aids, and they will be on your doorstep in about 7-10 days. At this time please contact our patient care team, in order to request any consultation or adjustments with one of our Audiologists. Please simply upload or send a recent audiogram to support@fithearing.com and proceed by calling us or buying your hearing aids on our online shop.

Most hearing aid users need several visits with their Audiologist. A few remote video visits & adjustments will ensure optimal performance from your hearing aids. Speak to an Audiologist regularly, via face-to-face telecare visits, and the Audiologist will remotely access your hearing aids to make adjustments. Receive a 100% refund if you are not satisfied after 60 days.
